DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe that any content or image on Mintward infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at support@mintward.app with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice,” including:

1. (a)identification of the copyrighted work;
2. (b)identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
3. (c)your contact information;
4. (d)a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized; and
5. (e)a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

We review every notice that reaches the address above. A complete notice is acted on promptly — that ordinarily means removing or disabling access to the material identified and notifying the account that posted it. An incomplete notice slows this down, which is why the five items above matter.

If you think your content was removed in error

Write to the same address with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice.” Tell us what was removed and where it appeared, and explain why you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification. Include your contact information.
